Acceptable use policy

This service exists for affiliate marketers and ordinary websites to serve product and editorial images efficiently. Using it for the material below is forbidden.

Prohibited content

• Pornography, sexual content, and any adult material.
• Child sexual abuse material. This is reported to the authorities, not merely blocked.
• Drugs and drug paraphernalia, and unlicensed pharmaceuticals.
• Gambling, betting, casino and related promotion.
• Weapons and ammunition.
• Malware, phishing, fraud and deceptive commerce.
• Content that infringes copyright, trade marks or other rights.
• Anything unlawful in the United Kingdom or the United States.

Any site found serving this content through the relay is banned immediately and permanently, with no refund. This applies to the site that linked the image, whatever the image was originally hosted on. Where content is illegal we cooperate with UK and US authorities.

How blocking works

Sources that breach this policy are blocked at the proxy and are not published anywhere - the list is not a directory. Sources blocked because of a copyright notice are published, at /blocked, so you can see what you cannot link to.
